Transparent yellow BOPP packing tape uses high-quality biaxially oriented polypropylene film as the base material, presenting a clear yellow tone through special dyeing technology. This product retains the high transparency advantages of traditional clear tape while adding prominent yellow identification functionality. The tape surface undergoes corona treatment to ensure even adhesion of the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, achieving optimal bonding performance.
This product has a thickness specification of 48-52 microns and offers multiple common width options including 48mm, 50mm, and 60mm. Its initial tack performance meets the No. 12 steel ball standard, and the holding power test shows it can maintain position for 24 hours without shifting. The tape's tensile strength is ≥130N/cm, elongation at break is ≤180%, with yellow color difference controlled within the professional standard of ΔE≤1.5.
The transparent yellow BOPP tape maintains stable adhesive performance within a temperature range of -10℃ to 70℃, with special dye formulas ensuring long-term color fastness. Its unique color facilitates package identification without obscuring important information on packaging boxes. The tape's unwinding force is controlled between 2.5-3.5N/cm, ensuring smooth operation for both manual and mechanical applications.
